There are so many things wrong with Ayesha in this picture... So many, in fact, that I'm not entirely sure what's the worst part. Anyone have an opinion on that?At least her face turned out nice, even if it is a bit short for a Siamese.
I like the rest of the picture pretty well, though.
2 hours, pencil on paper.

I can tell you her neck is a bit too long, the shoulders sould come up more.
Shes a bit thin..

I agree. The neck is definitely too long, however, the legs are proportionate, although the body needs to be a bit more muscular, and the tail a bit shorter (that last part is my opinion and may be taken with a grain of salt).
Wouldn't the mask then be a full face mask with the exception of the mouth and chin? It may be artistic license, but that's just how I view his mask when I read Kay's Phantom.
I hope it helps, as I draw cats, too, and quite often from life.

As for the mask, I see a lot of ALW's PotO in the Kay version (probably more than there actually is), and I like to mix them up sometimes. (In this drawing, that ring is the same as the stage Phantoms wear. ) I know that he wears a full mask, though, and whenever I actually draw Kay Erik, he has one.
I have a painting I did of Ayesha (that I've never posted) and she's sitting on a copy of Leroux, with the ALW PotO piano book and a photo of Lon Chaney next to her. I just like making PotO still lifes, and setting Ayesha next to them.

The only thing I'd say is that her neck is a little longer than it usually would be. It makes her seem out of proportion.
But other than that, great!
