Description
The "cage" was originally some sort of garden ornament. I thought it would make a nice house for a tiny forgotten necromancer's familiar and it was an excuse to try my hand at rusting metal. The whole thing is about 10 inches.Related content

I suppose the advantage of being a necromancer's familiar is that when the magic user finally remembers that they forgot to feed their little helper creature in the (beautifully rusted) cage they can just resurrect it?...
Beautiful work, it is eerily realistic and all kinds of awesome!

Yes, it is an advantage but then when he comes back he will be completely crabby and annoying. Thanks for the compliment

Such is the life of a familiar, are there ever any happy and generous Magical masters?..
