This piece was originally a commission from Ed Hannigan. He designed the actual cover for a Batman issue. A client of his wanted a recreation but I talked Ed into letting me Have my way with it. I redrew from Ed's Sketch and then Ink and Washed the piece and then scanned and digitally colored/painted whatever you want to call it to get to this point. The original Ink and wash was obviously sold. But that was still a lot of fun.Related content

I'll have to dig around, this is an older piece. Actually I'm pretty sure I don't have it anymore. I think I was looking for it a ways back and I might have tossed the disk during one of my many moves. However maybe this could be a decent compromise.

Ed has both a color version and the original ink and wash up on the site.

I think I'll add the wash piece to the gallery anyway. I just don't know how to reorganize the gallery here.
