Description
Back in the days before commercially sold laser cutters & 3D printers, I hand made these windows & porch railings. I really liked the upper window, it was all tweezer work with very thin strips of wood on clear acrylic. I sketched the bending diamond pattern on graph paper to keep it symmetrical all the way across. It's an old 1/2" scale model I built in the mid 1990's. Every model shop I ever worked in had full time painters so I was kinda guessing on colors and weathering but I have come along way since then.
