Description
*click photo to enlarge* Detail of the Hotel Miniature for City in the Window. The turnings are miniature wood spindles, the urns are dollhouse birdbaths with wood balls glued in them. The shingles are cut from thin stripped pine boards. The windows are clear acrylic and the curtains are just construction paper (exterior presentation only, this was not meant to be seen from the inside). All of the paint is water-base acrylics stippled and layered to simulate the stone work.
