Oh my god, the exhibit at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle. Giant glass window in the jaguar cave, and that jaguar just doesn't even care. He'll lay there and give you the "I'm going to eat you" face soooo hard. Gorgeous boy though.

It's a gorgeous portrait, and for some reason it doesn't even bother me that you didn't include his ears.

It seems to be a running theme I have, particularly with jaguars. I love how big and bulky their heads are, and filling the frame means I usually don't have their ears in the shot. It's probably also partly because the enclosures I've seen have been constricted enough that I've only been able to use my long lens to get a shot, lest I get fencing or glass glare in the pictures. I got a 70-200mm lens this year though, so maybe there will be some jaguar ears in future shots.
