Its Gen. Hawk, and he is wearing his traditional uniform with the jacket and front over the shoulder holstered Colt. Roadblock's uniform is based on his V2 toy from 1985 I believe. I've taken that design and tweaked it just a bit.

So ridiculously awesome--but I wish you could post the time each of these took. You seem to really crank these out! Do you use reference for the poses?

I dont typically use reference for poses like this. Really the only time i use photo ref is for objects (guns, vehicles, etc...)
These take about 1-2 hours depending on the detail or character. I usually do them as a warm up for the day. I will lay it out one day, then do the detail and finishing pencils the next. So I do about 2-3 a week on top of my regular pages.
