Me too. To be honest, I'm not such a mangaka, it usually only did Fanarts, so my own style is practically "imitation" itself.
I respect Hirano and Hellsing and that's why I work hard on getting ALL the awesomeness into this doujin if that's possible

but OFC we dont mind wiz doujin-ers who put their own style in the drawing, it's perfectly fine if they want people to acknowledge their signature drawing ww~ /sigh/ perhaps Excidium will be the 1st and last doujin I'd ever read to fulfill my fantasies after OVA X ; w ; especially on Alucard, poor that old man orz I really hope that someday he'll just get over his mistake 500 years ago and just LIVE! well that's one of my fantasies and I hope to see it in Excidium------I'm happy enough to read your doujin ok keep going!

I am sorry if you feel that way I did my best not to copy anything from the Hellsing manga except maybe the art-style. I try to be as much creative as possible. That's the reason Reginald is a not a regenarator, like Anderson, he is not working for the vatican like Anderson, his goals and intentsions are not clear unlike Andersons's. Is there any specific element you think I copied from Anderson? Because I totally wanted to avert that, but sounds like i did not succeed.

Anyway, I can't blame you if you have lost interest, but I just want to remind you, that the story just began to form. You don't know what kind of plot/story I actually wrote. I wouldn't mind if you would keep track of the story and give me your opinion on the happenings of the chapters. It's always good to read some critics

Ah..I don't wanted to be that evil.. I still moderate it ^^ I just have feelings that (omg sorry for my bad english) Reginald for example is ...I know he isn't like Aderson but similarity is still there. That's the problem of all doujins..You must forget what is " hellsingish", and try to do some...i don't know news aspects that will be another from main Hellsingish character. As I said..I have patience..but for now those characters aren't much interesting for me. Anyway..I'll be glad if I can get some critique for my manga too ^^ (look at my DA page).

I see the problem, but it's a Hellsing doujin ^^ I really want to use Hirano's story telling style to make it accurete. Beside that, only similarities are coming from the art-style. Long coats are a symbol in Hellsing, Alucard, Anderson and The Captain, the 3 trump cards all wearing that. The spiky short black hair in only a design for making Fatum appear more italian like. The Hellsing universe has many references and dozens of symbols that a good adaptation needs to use
Otherwise the Reader won't be convinced about it that it's really the Hellsing Universe. I will use the "spirit of guns" myth too, but I will alter it a little. As many ideas I use from the manga, I try to insert just as many original ideas. I hope you understand ^^

But you know..it could looks like just another copy of Hellsing Manga...even doujins have their originality ..just don't give up and try. Maybe you'll understand what I was talking about.
