The Second Doctor is an outwardly scruffy, if light-hearted and bumbling tramp. He often likes to play the fool to get his enemies to underestimate his abilities. The Second Doctor was played by Patrick Troughton from 1966 to 1969. The artwork was done by Lee Sullivan.
