Yeah, I sorta just drew nyx, put 2 textures in the bg, Photoshopped the crap outta it, shaded, and added effects to it :'D

And it looks amazing. xD I can't even do that yet. I'm still just stumbling around with photoshopping even though I've had it for a while. I need to work on shading and textures among many, many, many different things.

Nyx is was at one point captured by Crome, and beaten by him. Thrown in a isolated room, to be later used in a twisted and planned experiment. One that would lead to him demise. Nyx escapes Crome but is heavily scarred and frightened of Crome, even when Crome meets up with him years later to apologize about trying to kill him. It's not convincing because he says it in a uncaring way, and says it so casually to Nyx that it seems like he does not mean it.
Plus Nyx was in need of long term therapy from the abuse Crome caused let alone Nyx being disturbed by anything, especially Irkens looking even slightly different or strange.

Yeah, I could had drawn a much better bg, added darker colors, and tweaked the blood to look better.

I'm pretty sure you'll eventually get better. You have no idea how bad I was at digital 2 years ago xD
I had to practice a ton, look at lots of tutorials, and the biggest one yet is experimenting.

I sorta want to still hurt my FCs O_o
