He most likely is very sadistic. He's also controlling, a supremacist, and with not stop at nothing to cut down of send those that defy him or the tallest to prison. He also will track those that try to escape him, and hunt them down like dogs.
In his older years he still will do the same thing, only thing is difference. Is that he's lazy, and sometimes has back pains in the future xD
