darn, I was hoping there'd be another nine-tailed fox in anime XD there are so many, and kyubey is almost the same as "kyuubey" which means "nine-tails" and is the name of the nine-tailed demon fox in Naruto ^^

Try to look up Touhou (and especially Perfect Cherry Blossom), they have Yakumo Ran, who is actually a kitsune with nine tails
