I am actually kinda proud of this pic, I mean his design's weird, but I'm kinda proud of the progress of my shading???

Ability: Prankster - "Non-attacking moves have a higher speed priority." Meaning he uhhh... idk.

Agility - He casts a spell that ups his speed.
Charge - Another spell that ups his magic power.
Thunder - Calls a massive thunderstorm/lightning to hit his enemies.
Dark Pulse - Summoning dark magic from within him to harm his enemies. Works better when he's angry etc.

Accessory:

Personality: Takes himself very seriously, Torr is on a mission and his mission is all that matters. What he believes in he believes in completely, never swaying from his ideals. Often tries to teach others the error of their ways, he sees the world as a wounded beast that’s in need of healing. He believes what he does in justified, and in some cases it is, he just goes about it the wrong way. He’s very respectful to others, but tends to take a holier-than-thou approach regardless of their position.

-Very adept at weather magic.
-Can fly.
-Has decent physical strength.
-Is a good leader.

Weaknesses:
-Is very single-minded.
-Doesn’t play well with others, unless they’re willing to see him as the leader.

Background: Not much is known about his childhood, but he’s a prince from a long ago time who disappeared when his country was attacked. Now, finally finding his way home, he has found that a group of people have inhabited his once beautiful city, it’s leader residing in his now crumbling palace: the Fighter’s Guild. Infuriated, he confronted Rufus but soon realized that he had been missing for a longer time than he had thought. Misplaced in time, he tried to fit in, but soon threatened Rufus’ authority as Torr tried to worm control of the guild away from the Rayquaza.
Retreating to an old watchtower on the outskirts of the fighter’s territory, he took it upon himself to ‘liberate’ the fighters/Dezzaviit from Rufus’ tyranny.

Why he’s a threat to the guilds: He’s disrupting the training of the Fighter’s Guild, as well as ‘unintentionally’ harming it’s members.
