Talents: A very good healer, she’s become better at leading the city, good with thinking up strategies/giving people jobs/tasks to complete to make the city more livable, a good listener uhhhh… A good cook?
Powers: Can control water at will, transforming into it (when underwater, she seems invisible) etc. She can cause rainstorms, usually when her emotions are high. Her healing ability was passed down through her family for generations.
Background: She has been the leader of the Rogues for four years after the death of its founder, Jin. The first two years of her leadership she was still hanging on to Jin and wasn’t the leader that the Rogues needed at the time. A few incidents occurred and she realized that Jin wasn’t going to come back to save her and the city. She then seemed to shed her insecurities and took her role as leader seriously. With the threat of the elementals cities, and the anti-city, she began building the defense of the city as well as helping people settle into their new homes.
She sometimes becomes overwhelmed from time to time, but quickly buries those feelings so she can do what’s necessary.
She has never worn the necklace Jin gave her again.
