But this was what that poll was for, I was seriously torn between joining the special forces or terrorists, Wheezing terrorist one by one lol

Name: Charlie

Age: 39 he looks to be in his early twenties

Species: Wheezing

Gender: Male

Personality: A little unbalanced, he has quite a temper and also has huge OCD tendencies. He has no sense of comradeship or any loyalty; he only sides with those who will help him reach his goals. He’ll talk to himself as if to a totally different person, but will get mad if someone catches him at it. Is always plotting and can be caught watching people for long periods of time. Oddly, he has moments where he acts sophisticated.

History: He was raised in a well-to-do family, his parents being very supportive. He got through school easily at the top of his class, his passion being for any science, especially chemistry. After he got out of school, he sold his services to the government, creating drugs for healing, and drugs for enhancement. He rose in the ranks, his talent becoming widely known.
All was going well for Charlie, until the lab he was working in was either attacked, or there was a malfunction, the reports are wildly varying. An explosion erupted, taking Charlie’s face and upper chest with it.
He had first believed he had died as all he saw was white, but he finally opened his eyes to find himself being worked on. His damaged lungs were replaced with those incredibly stronger, and he received artificial skin to replace the horrible burns he had sustained.
He was out of work as he recovered, but not only had his body been damaged, but his mind as well. In secret, he began creating his own drugs to get rid of the ache inside him. And of course, in time, he had another accident; only this one was done on purpose.
He had inhaled a noxious gas that invaded his artificial lungs, causing them to shut down. The few days he had left was spent running from his employers as they tried to get rid of the problem he had become. When he lost them, he came into contact with the Deoxys drug, an answer to all his problems.
He now serves the Deoxys Terrorist group, aiming to destroy those he blamed for his ‘accidents’.

Attacks:
Sludge Bomb – He hurls sludge of a poisonous nature at his opponent, rumored to be the exhaust of the gas he produces
Haze – He turns the knob on his chest which releases a white fog that causes opponents stats to return to normal
Clear Smog – Similar to his sludge bomb attack, only this material is less poisonous and helps make a quick escape
Explosion – The gas inside him explodes, causing incredible damage to those around him, but also leaves him unconscious and easy to kill if not all opponents were subdued

Augmentations:
The mask filled with gas that is on at all time serves as a purifier of the gas his corrupted lungs keep producing. He’s become addicted to it and can’t survive without. The tube runs into his chest, connecting to first the left lung then the right. No doubt the rest of his body is corrupted, but the gas seems to contain it, even making it unstably stronger.
His entire face is artificial. When it’s seen through the gas in his mask it’s the face of a man just reaching his 20s, not one close to his 40s. The artificial skin has adapted to the gas, seeming to keep it’s youthful/healthy appearance because of it.
