Safeguard - He raises his rapier in front of him and creates a barrier that protects him from status conditions
Double-Edge - He lashes out at his target with all his strength, causes great damage, but is hurt slightly in the process

Ability: Serene Grace - When using a move that causes an affliction, he has a better chance of succeeded in inflicting the affliction

Accessory: His fancy-schmacy rapier that he loves even more than Shakespeare, one gold erring on his right ear, a ruby ring on his left middle finger, and the red and blue ribbons he ties around his arms and his waist

Markings: His right eye is blue, and the left is red.

Personality: He is very stubborn and close-minded. He believes there’s a special place for him in the universe and no one can tell him otherwise. He puts a dramatic air onto everything and looks down on others as if they were scum. He’ll say what he wants whenever he wants to whoever. His only redeeming quality is his love for Shakespearean literature. PFFFT

Talents: He’s an amazing fencer and has a deep set of morals, granted, he warps these to fit his own image. He’s a good tactician and knows how to lead puny mortals people. He knows practically every Shakespearean story and will quote them on several occasions. He has even gone far enough to talk in Shakespearean dialogue and fails.

Weaknesses: His close-mindedness causes him to never open his mind to new possibilities, he does not allow any serious relationships and trusts no one. He doesn’t have a great defense against Fighting, annnnd he’s an overall jerk. >.> WHODDA GUESSED?!

Background: Luis was the eldest child of five. As such, his entire life consisted of having the greatest responsibility as well as the strongest power. His fancy rich parents hired the best tutors for his education, and he thought all was a waste of valuable time except his fencing lessons and Shakespeare. He adored the violence, the tragedies, as well as the romance, everything about them. He thought Shakespeare was a genius and belittled any other author who tried to compare.
He was to become a renowned knight, following the footsteps of his prestigious father. When he was thirteen, he was sent to Dezzaviit to train under the famous Guild of the Fighters. He was a promising recruit at first, but his need to be on top and to be recognized spoiled that.
Two years into the guild, and he expected Rufus to make him the sub-leader at the young age of sixteen. Rufus flat out refused, not only because Luis was too young, but he was too selfish and egotistic and Rufus didn’t like him. This shattered Luis to the core, causing this somewhat bearable rich boy to turn rotten inside and hate the world. He disappeared from the guild, and no search was made to find him.
At the age of twenty, Luis emerged, now going by the name of his favorite Shakespeare character, Tybalt. He heard of the Wanted and took this opportunity to rally them up and begin a new guild, with him at the head. PFFFT

Why he’s a threat to the guilds: There’s the small possibility that he will actually succeed and bring the Wanted together, as small a possibility that is, it’s there. He also tries to convert other guild members to be ‘liberated’ from the guilds.

Other: Can’t think of anything pfft. Cept he’s the most badass Togepi ever.
