Lace, singing. Urm. Yeah. I'm reeeally happy with this one, thus uploading an "unfinished" (which it is not) image.
I'm sort of considering doing a sort of collage with her and the rest of the characters that make up her band (which I'd imagine to sound like a mix between Type O Negative, Chtonic and Lacuna Coil, if at all possible), which is basically about half of the cast of my now defunct comic, Ether. In which case I'll ink and colour. XDI'm really chuffed with how her clothes, expression and curves turned out, anyway. I can never manage to get that sort of figure right ... though, urm, her boobs to kind of seem to triple in size every time she hits paper. She was originally going to be holding a guitar, thus the arm positions, but I decided that I'd rather miss it out ... ended up missing out the mic stand, too ... '-';
Urrrm ... ANYONE WANT TO TRY COLOURING THIS? As far as I'm concerned I'm done with it for now, thus putting it up here ... but I have the lines saved at hi-res just in case, here - [link] !

I like the dress a lot and your clothing folds look nice too. I like the composure of the picture, although I think everything everyone else has pointed out still stands. It is very good though.

Each time you post a picture I am overall really impressed, your style is awesome and you have obvious skills/talent. However, I find it sad to see the same mistakes over and over again, you don't seem to be improving much on your mistakes, that's why I want to point them out to you! 
( Plus, on this particular picture here, her right boob looks muuuch bigger than her left )

Aaah, thank-you for this!! Don't worry at all about constructive criticism being hurtful if it's actually useful, which this certainly is! I know some people do get upset by being told that they're doing things wrong, but I'd really much rather learn from what people are noticing that I amn't ...
I think you're definitely right about the size of the head compared to the body-size ... and it's good being told that again, as I thought that I was getting closer to beating that problem! I hadn't thought about the neck, to be honest ... I'm not a fan of long necks unless it's really well done, so try to avoid that, but if I'm overcompensating, I'll definitely keep that in mind. I see it now that you've mentioned. And breasts are really deceptively hard to draw, I find. Bah. Must study! >:}

Yay, she looks proportional! Otherwise, nice picture, since I can't really get all nitpicky about anything that looks off.
Nice hand poses. For some reason I'm still struggling with doing hands, but the detail you put in them here looks very nice.
Good job on the expression, too. She actually does look like she's singing. I can imagine more of a Lacuna Coil type voice coming out of her, personally.

I'm definitely going to pick Ether back up later on, I think ... just for the moment, I've realised that I have a huge gap in the middle of the plot, and I'd rather work on something else in the mean-time until I know I've definitely ironed out all the problems (and art style)!

The lines aren't actually very clean in the full size file, seeing as it's in pencil rather than ink ... I uploaded it as you suggested though, I'll link to it in the original deviation! [link] I think I'd die of happiness if you did decide to colour ...

I've never coloured a lineart before that wasn't my own - I'll see how I do with it. If it's still so nice after I've messed around with it, I'll upload it for you to see!
