Like I've said many times before , Black Widow is my favorite MCU character. She's skilled enough to where she can fight aliens alongside Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk using nothing but a pair of handguns, simply because she is so awesome.
I thought it would be funny to have Spidey question what Black Widow's powers are. There are so many superpowers that could be associated with black widow spiders, such as spider-type powers, venom glands, or even just communicating with black widows like Ant-Man, Squirrel Girl, and (at least in the comics) Falcon. But no, she doesn't have any powers like that. As wonderpikachu12 once said, You don't need super-powers to be a superhero.
