Description
and of course being a mimic octoling she's pretty good at imitating others, but since they don't need to worry about predators anymore the mimic octolings generally use this talent just for fun.
and like modern day octopuses, they can change the color and texture of their tentacles raising and lowering expanding and contractingΒ and extending and contracting their tentacles to match the appearance of what they want. all octopuses can do this but the mimic octopus has the more extreme variety, and is a master at disguise
also as for sea snakes, as they name implies they probably survived the flooding in the splatoon's timeline.
also just for you guys who don't know, the mimic octopus is not venomous or poisonous in any way, it often likes to mimic those things for protection.
and being a mimic octoling she can also mimic other characters too.
and there is so much more she can do
also she probably has alot of outfits she uses (kinda like duplica from the pokemon gen 1 anime)
also her inkling mimic she uses a mask, in the dominant octoling mimic she uses the goggles (and she still uses them normally sometimes too), and in the anemone mimic she has a clownfish plush.
and thus this proves that the mimic octoling's head tentacles prove that it makes the "hair" humans have completely uncomparable and useless. not only the mimic octoling head tentacles can basically change their look into limitless possibilities but they can also be used to grab things like a regular octopus tentacle.
though there are some things that a mimic octoling can't change, the plain uncolored underside of each tentacle and the interior of the suckers.
