Good pencilwork here. Beautiful video indeed, and I like the song too. You've captured the cinematic end of the song where the woman looks at the sea - what do you think that means? I think she looks kind of concerned... human emotions are deep and hard to understand like the foaming ocean but she's still taking on the challenge? Only seeing the picture, it made me think she looks a bit like she doesn't want to be there after all, my first bet was that she's thinking of someone else.

Thanks so much!
That's a tough one. She does look very concerned. Yeah, that could be it - the sea plays a really integral part in the video. Thinking of someone else would make a lot of sense too. I hadn't put much thought into it until now. I just remember thinking she looked trapped there.
I read an interview with her about the song and she says it's about how desire is a natural force pulling you into situations and you almost have no voice. I'm thinking there's some kind of conflict going on between her instinctive mind and her logical mind. She was drawn to this situation impulsively and maybe she's now thinking against it. I don't know, it's definitely a complex video. I really like these kind of things though, where there is no clear meaning and everything is up for interpretation.

It was my pleasure! Hmm yeah, your interpretation sounds quite right. Maybe it's a relationship where they spend a lot of time fighting and crying, with the man withdrawing and wanting to break up and the woman trying to get him stay by giving in? There's the grit of romance and passion there for sure. Without the video, I also thought her eyes are pronounced like the dark eyes of a lady dressed in a burkha that leaves only the eyes visible so they have to express a lot... perhaps forced into a marriage without her will with a lover elsewhere, a theme that's very common in Oriental drama. I'm glad you've captured the culmination of the video, as it made me think of the interpretations... I like pictures that suggest many different stories.

Fighting and crying - yeah I could see that too. There's a lot of mixed emotions shown in the video.
Wow, we came up with so many different theories. I think that's a sign of a good video haha
