Well I do try to see my own value, managing that a bit better lately. I guess it's easier if I look at the people that are earlier in their path and that are doing good and successful work, I can convince myself that I am ready for some of it. But I always have to look forward and continue learning. The way I see it, if I ever feel like the king of the hill I will stop trying to improve... and that's like the worst an artist can do.

you are so right! no matter how good you are, you can always challenge yourself to grow, to develop, to keep reaching for the stars. You should be gentle with yourself and proud but never ever think you are "done". that there's nothing more to learn. Artists can't ever just stop, we have to keep up with the flow of creativity, progress and reach new heights.
