Just so you know, I did this before MontyOum put up his latest journal!!! >_< It looks very similar but it is pure coincedence.
I got both good and negative feedback on my first design, and it made me think of what else could be done... So I did some research on some of the spheres and saw there were none that related to Spira's favorite game: Blitzball.
I ran with it, and i like it, so Meh! XD
I based the design off of Rikku's Al Behd costume from FFX, and a girl Blitzer's outfit from the opening scene. So don't state the obvious.

I also considered doing one, but decided not to once I saw one already existed. But hey, that doesn't mean he won't choose yours. After all, there are many warrior, ninja, robot, etc dresspheres, but some are better than others. Personally, I like both. I worry about it not conforming to Monty's standards though.

hm... that one doesn't really seem like it would function very well underwater; too much drag.
As I said, I made it before I saw his latest journal. It has nearly everything he didn't like with the one he had up on the stocks. Meh.

Same goes for the one I'm working on now. I had just finished it, when I saw his latest journal entry. I'm in the process of comletely reworking it. I think I managed to pull it off, while keeping the general idea intact. All that's left is the head accessories... which I'm drawing a total blank on right now. I figure I'll move on to the weapon, and come back to the headwear later. Maybe something will come to me. Anyway, at least we now know what Monty likes and dislikes, so any future outfits should stand a better chance (uh-oh, that means more fierce competition)
