i'm going to take it she's somewhat similar to Bartholomew Wolper in Dark knight Returns: egotistical, attention-seeking, professionally inept, and enjoying blaming Batman for why the patients have trouble rehabilitating, or why they became "villain" in the first place.

There are several references to the Schumacher films in Earth-27. For example, Bane's alias 'Antonio Diego' is taken from Batman & Robin. But yes, I have no plans to be bringing in more characters from those particular movies...
