The complete opposite of Bruce Wayne

Does this Penguin use the weaponized trick umbrellas? I always loved the umbrella theme the Penguin used to be known for, it's an interesting quality that is seldom not used anymore.

Awesome! It's a shame Penguin doesn't use umbrellas or trained birds like he used to and has been reduced to a generic mob boss. People say the umbrellas and birds and too silly and Silver Age-y but I say nuts to that, if people can take a short fat man named Penguin seriously why not a short fat man named Penguin who uses umbrellas with built-in flamethrowers and machine guns?

Forgot to include his deformities from the TAS (which I felt added to the character).Β
I imagine Penguin SCREAMING for his lawyer, and saying he should instead be placed under house arrest instead of being kept locked up with 'dangerous psychotic killers.'Β

In the Lego version of penguin, I often see he has his own little army of penguins, questioning why you didn't put that in there?

This isn't the Lego version of the Penguin.

His British accent isn't fake, at least in some depictions. He went to boarding school in England and that's where he started his life of crime.Β

In Earth-27, it is fake. All part of trying to be something he is not.

in batman a telltales series it is stated thatΒ Mr. CobblepotΒ was sent to boarding school inΒ England and given how meany yearsΒ Cobblepot was over on their side of the pond he most likely picked up theΒ accent.

Yes, that is what they did in Telltale Batman... That Penguin is also very thin and knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman.

I guess he just likes the "classy Englishman" accent.Β

Great ! I like the bit about his fake english accent and his logically fucked-up eyes due to the monocle.
Would it be possible to have Ignatius Ogilvy too ? He would be great to analyze ^^

i don't think it's fake, in Arkham City it's mentioned he was sent overseas for schooling and lived on the streets of London after his family went bankrupt

Eugene: -reading through Arkham files- "Wow Kidd, you're completely right."
Penguin: -to the Boddy Brothers- "By the way, my nephews, I found this in Arkham's evidence locker."
-shows Zeke and Eugene an interdimensional portal generating pistol-
Penguin: "Would you like to go back to the Marvel Universe, Eugene?"
Eugene: "Thanks, Uncle Oswald!"

Out of all Batman's rogues, I think Penguin is the trickiest.
And hey, Roy, i was wondering if you're gonna make a line for the heroes of Gotham...?
Great job on these profiles, dude. Keep up the great work!

Awesome!
Also, it would be odd for Penguin to be in Arkham, I don't think he's considered insane in the comics

I feel there would be a zone in arkham for pengy. He's shown to be very adaptive and eccentric (also violent)
