Arnold Wesker is one of Batman's more sympathetic villains. Even those he gets to work for him know he's weak and crazy. During the No Man's Land arc, Wesker was the first villain taken down.

I only remember one Scarface story in the comic, the one where Arnold and Scarface return to his gangster family, Scarface wrecks some mementos of Arnold's mother, and Arnie gets PO'ed enough t shoot him?
Oh, and the one with the kiddy TV show host, but I always assumed those stories happened before the final TV episode with him.
