That's a good way to keep her outcast status, if you're trying to take out the "Sinestro secretly took over his own planet" plot point. So did the Guardians not believe her, or did they just not believe they had enough evidence to make the conviction stick?

Partially yes (I'll admit that it was a dumb little reference on my behalf), but also just that I think Benedict suits the character quite well - he's shown that he can play highly intelligent, charismatic and egotistical/prideful men in the past, plus his facial features match up with Sinestro's pretty decently for those who like that level of comic accuracy.ย

I kinda see Josh Brolin Thanos in this moment cause if you've seen Infinity War you'd seen in that moment he tells Dr Strange why he is doing this.
