Hehe, this is humorous. XD The distorted music takes a little getting used to but it oddly fits Tenshi really well.

the video above is a prerendered flash with music so no. but in Tenshi Spinout.exe which is what the video is recorded off of it is all randomized.

The flash itself is a recording, of a program(screen saver thing) that does use RNG,so there might be few bits of missed content, and a lots of repeats.
