I noticed these two got their clothes from the same place. Depending on whom you ask (i.e. 8), 11 got the luckier draw.Someone reminded me after the fact that 3 also did his 'shopping' at a hospital. Oops.

Hence "depending on whom you ask." I personally loved it, but McGann apparently was just not about it. He (and Colin Baker) wanted something a bit more all black, maybe a leather jacket, stuff like that.
