Went and redid my last Deviation: [link] into a full piece.It's Yami no Matsuei/Descendants of Darkness fanart too, if you squint.
A red moon is really amazing to see.
This took me about four hours, Photoshop CS and my Wacom Tablet.

This picture's got a very strong feeling. You've got the coloring just perfect, the shadows and light are balanced very well. Simply gorgeous work.

Originally I wasn't sure if I wanted it to be a Yami no Matsuei piece, but then I thought it would perhaps be quite appropriate. And yes, I did see a red crescent moon just last week, which inspired this. It's very creepy by wonder to see.
