Yeah in this pack there is all the thing you need from the tutorial and some extra things. Seems like people can't do the smallest thing themselves. But meh... here it is. [link]The package include:

MoggDxOpenNiConfig - Put this in the Data folder and you can move you're ankles, head and hands.
VmdReductionTool_v052 - This tool you use on the motion when it's done to clean it up and smooth it out a bit.

I NEED HELP!!! when i try to use kinect on MMD it says this error message: "InitFromXmlFile failed: Got a timeout while waiting for a network command to complete!" and then it says "Cannot find kinect sensor"

i do have it. I should also mention that the green light on the front of the kinect is always flashing it never just stays solid like when i use it on the Xbox.

Is there any specific software besides MMD and the link you've provided that is required? I've been desperate to find Kinect, but I don't know if I have any "professional" equipment.
