Yeah in this pack there is all the thing you need from the tutorial and some extra things. Seems like people can't do the smallest thing themselves. But meh... here it is. [link]The package include:

and the extra tools
MoggDxOpenNiConfig - Put this in the Data folder and you can move you're ankles, head and hands.
VmdReductionTool_v052 - This tool you use on the motion when it's done to clean it up and smooth it out a bit.

You updated the kinect? You need to update all of them except for audio. And you need to have the kinect in the socket.

Yes. They are both up to date. The Kinect works it just doesn't seem to want to work with MMD.

It's alright. I think it works now though I didn't do anything to it. I'm afraid if I close and reopen the program that it won't work though. Oh well. Thanks for the help.

I have it working now. I can't really get the MoggDxOpenNI to work though. Do I need MoggDxOpenNI and MoggNui? I think the MoggNui is overshadowing the MoggDx though. I don't know. The extra joints that should be able to move from the MoggDx don't move.
