More of the scifi stuff.I found the base for this one a few days ago cleaning my harddrive, and was actually about to throw it away, but decided to bring it into Photoshop and see if i could make some use of it.
The ground is a C4D model and the rest is done in Photoshop.

I probably shouldn't be thinking this, but one of the things that came to mind when i saw this was that it was a Borg cube parking lot (cuz the square things in the ground look kind of like Borg cubes, y'know?...never mind).

even though i like it, it seems kind of 'flat'. mayb it's the couds that seem stretched too much, which gives it a slight non-natural feel, or maybe it's the domes that look like they could've used some more color correction. they seem to stick out a bit. if you understand what I'm trying to say. gah. at the end of the day: i like it. and that's what it's about.

I can see a lot of work went into this. A little piece of trivia though. This looks like the citer (city) of avemia inhabited by the ceorza. The ceorza are a wolf-like species featured in my current story project The Great Venture in fictionpress.com. It is clearly more futuristic than most ceorza cities that tend to be something you might find in Nordic countries. Anyway, great job!
