I reckon Rosalind would be a bitch to him as well, from the snarky remarks about him being too fat to fit into the dresses any more to commenting on his lack of manhood every time he goes to the toilet. I doubt she'd even tell him that he's a male most of the time because, you know, this is all for science and she'd have to see how far this extends, not because she's a cruel sister or anything

Lol, I know but my headcannon states that the Siphon slowly either removed or altered her memories as a child because, let's face it, you cannot let a gigantic metal man-bird take care of a little kid no matter how much it loves her. Who would teach her basic social skills, motor skills, talking, reading, etiquette, etc? Comstock certainly wouldn't, he's 'holier-than-thou-shit' and probably wouldn't even touch a child with a twenty mile pole. And the twins would be WAY too curious about her tearing ability to NOT interact with her at some point in her life. Plus it wouldn't out of their abilities to do something like that, probably just a little more left of centre thinking mixed in with those good old mind altering haemorrhages.
