Despite being severely partied out, I got this thing done on time! Whoo! ...I need a nap.In which Foxy decides to be practical and leave Goldie to dealing with whatever insanity Springtrap has produced now, and Goldie decides to try to dig for info. That's...that's a great idea, Goldie. Really.

Foxy: We should go on watch for awhile. That scream probably carried for miles; we're lucky if anything missed it.

Bonnie: What about him?
Foxy: I think she's taking care of it.
PANEL 3:
Spring Bonnie: Nightmare?
Springtrap: What was your first clue?
Spring Bonnie: Do you wanna tal-
Springtrap: NO.
PANEL 4:
Spring Bonnie: Sure you don't wanna talk about it?
Springtrap: Yes. I just haven't had one in awhile.
PANEL 5:
Springtrap: Not the worst way I've ever woken up, either. I'll be fine.

Spring Bonnie: How long ago was awhile?
Springtrap: ...If I say 'I'll talk about it tomorrow', will you stop talking NOW?

Anim-dude is a weird case since I'm still figuring out if he'll show up at all. Given the nature of the story, it's an interesting thing to possibly have to deal with.
But I can confirm he will be encountering some bosses. In fact, the source for some of the these critters is going to come up very soon.

My body glows, and my spirit rises up. Β
Me: Oh, well! Β At least now I can run around as a ghost for the rest of my life! Β Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Β (Flies off.) Β

He's rather grumpy about needing comfort, anyway. He's used to facing his terrors on his own, and trying to deal with them his own way...even if it's an unhealthy way.

Yeah, waking up and realizing you're still "living" after dying is a rather odd way to wake up.

It's an incredibly unpleasant experience, especially when you've been surviving the undead for awhile by that point. The irony is painful. (Not as painful as the initial sharp metal bits digging in, mind you.)

I'm pretty happy with that panel; I wanted blood but not too overtly gory, if that makes sense. A Scott level of blood and guts, if you will.
And talking about it...well, that's hard for a couple reasons, starting with the fact that he's not good at sharing his feelings.

huh? When did telling someone the nightmare you had became part of sharing your feelings? maybe the feeling of fear. But he could give her a cut down version. I mean everyone has a nightmare about being chased.
Well I'll find out next time on his continuing adventures of being really short.

He has lots of feelings and memories wrapped up in those nightmares, all of them bad, and it's more than just raw terror. This is why I'm looking forward to getting into the backstory of what all happened. But yes, vague is the name of the game when discussing anything relating to the flipside, whether it's nightmares or bad, bloody history.

The body language was fun to do, though I had to sit down in Goldie's pose and adjust it based on what actually felt comfortable to get the right final pose. And Foxy doesn't ship it; she just doesn't want to deal with Springtrap. Possibly beating up some chillaxes is much preferable.
