Linking this because I know if I don't, someone else will.Coming up on #100, which means I need to get on with writing another block of scripts. If nothing else, it'll give me an idea of how many weeks I have 'til I'm free of drawing humans again. But this is important plot stuff, so hey. Humans it is for awhile.

PANEL 1:
Springtrap: The problem was, eventually I got to the point where it was a chicken a week. It was getting pretty obvious that chickens weren't cutting it anymore.
PANEL 2:
Springtrap: So I, uh, expanded out.
Dante: If it makes you feel any better, Goldie, I feel weirdly guilty about this.
PANEL 3:
Springtrap: ...But it made it clear that animals weren't gonna cut it anymore.
PANEL 4:
Dante: ..Oh. Oh, that's...new. And horrible.
PANEL 5:
Springtrap: So there I was, back at square one, except now I had some kind of pissed off ghost bear that I knew liked blood. So I made my next mistake. I decided to try and talk to it.
Dante: This is either a really, really good idea or a really, really bad one. Fuck if I know which.

Welp it's official now, Dante isΒ legitimatelyΒ the best interpretation of Purple Guy I've ever seen...also did it ever occur to Dante at any point that maybe looking for a better job wouldn't beΒ a bad ideaΒ right about now.

The thought occurred to him, but the fact of the matter is that if he leaves, some other poor schlub is going to get hired on and be murdered by Golden Freddy. And the same for the next guy, and the next. There's a guilty conscience there.
Which leads to a certain level of desperation. The good of the many...

Man...he's actually kind of a hero here, a really underappreciated one who kind of went a bit 'ends justify means' but I'd rather be around someone like Dante than William 'I'm half naked under this suit' Afton.

I'm gonna go into more about why I've written him like I have with the notes for #100, but yeah, I tried to write him so at least his descent into madness and murder makes sense. It doesn't make what he did any less horrible, and as Fredbear's noted, he has to pay for that, but at least it's something where you can see his original intent and the moment he went hurtling down the slippery slope into the worst choices possible.
Also I'm a bad fan and STILL haven't poked at the pizzeria simulator or watched a Youtube video of it yet, and that nickname just raises so, so many questions. Dammit, Will, you wear underarmor while fursuiting for a reason.

FNAF 6 can basically be summarised as 'course correction after FNAF 4 and SL royally messed up the timeline and made everything confusing as hell.' How well it manages to fix this is...well it depends who you ask.
