*For those who do not know what camping is-
Camping is when you get stoned and forget you have to pass the bong/joint/pipe, whatever, and you keep in in your hands while you talk until some impatient stoner hollers "Pass it man! Yer campin!"
The rule is that if you have a tattoo that has the words "Camping Permit", you will have the rights to camp all you damn-well please.
