Betcha all thought i submitted a blank deviation didn't ya? Didn't ya? Those on 800x600 probably still do.Yeah. Needed a new wallpaper and seeing as i lost all my old .ai's of peices etc i grabbed my current moniker and used that. Two blending options, five minutes, and oh my god roffle we have a wallpaper.

i did some digital tags that i got on my comp when i was doing my animation diploma and used a tablet then but in flash

Step one: Crappy tablet handstyle in Adobe Illustrator
Step two: Open up in Photoshop
Step three: Expand canvas to 1280 x 1024
Step four: Add new layer, fill with white then shift to bottom
Step five: On handstyle layer, go to blending options and colour overlay with white, then add a light blue outer glow with range of 100%
Step six: Move around/shrink handstyle till the placement is right.
Easiest thing ever. Takes seriously five minutes, tops.
