That whole brush category in PSE6 freaked me out. I can't imagine how you created this with brushes. Wowzers!

The brushes are not that difficult to use. I download them and once they are in the brush palette It's just like using rubber stamps on traditional collage. The preset brushes that come with PSE6 are basic shapes but you can download any shape like faces, trees birds and bats {lots of good ones here on DA from

I did write an article in one of the somerset digital magazines last year and I am supposed to write another for them in the future about brushes and the clone tool.

When I attain enough information to pose an intelligent question, I will definitely seek you out. You know how that is? When you're so at the beginning of something that everything is in a kind of jumble? Well, that's me. I should buy an issue of Somerset digital...I think there's one coming out. I haven't been reading the mags lately because I haven't been relating to the editorial mission--seems there's more of an emphasis on themes over quality, and craft to art.
