USA invades eastern USSR, defeats Japan. Joint German-Japanese invasion defeats USA, after their transports are destroyed by the IJN subs.

Kriegsmarine swings around Britain and invades Eastern Canada in 1944, fails after invading Eastern USA. Kriegsmarine destroyed by US troops raised hastily to defend, as most of the Army was in Siberia.

Africa invaded by US troops, manage to liberate parts of West Africa before German forces sweep in from Middle East and Western Europe. British counterattack by ANZACs defeats Germans, but are then defeated by German reinforcements.

Australia and New Zealand defeated by Japanese after the ANZACs were taken out.

US Navy defeated after IJN feint in Mexico (threatened invasion split the sub fleet), and ramshackle transport fleet that was used to invade NZ + civilian transports were built to get around US blockade. Draws away US fleet, allows IJN to quickly ship troops from Siberia (they defeated the US there recently) and Home Islands to Alaska

Germans launch another invasion of Canada, this time linking with Japanese troops. The Germans blitz around Western Canada and USA, encircling the East. American forces attack westward, defeating the Germans but isolating the American forces there. The German-Japanese offensive strikes Washington and ends the war. Much of the US fleet is intact. Britain stands alone again, and is forced to sign a humiliating peace.
