A flag for this idea I had.Covering almost the entirety of Venus, the Cytherean Republic is the undisputed master of the Solar System. Her fleets are unchallenged, her armies present on every world in the system. Cytherea is the master of mankind, like the Americans, British and Romans before them. Founded by radicals and outcasts, the Cythereans still cling on to the Cytherean Promise: on Venus, you can be anyone and anything. And, the Cythereans are sure to remind the primitive Earthers, weak Orbitals and the violent Martians, they chose to become better.

Is the Cyterean Republic going to have parts of it off-world? Like say an Alaska expy on Mercury or a Hawaii expy along with various other pacific territories in the outer system or whatever oceanias going to be.

I'm curious as to what Venus looks like. Is it Earth like now? Can people walk outside without any environmental suits?
There was a really neat Steampunk timeline by Nugax on the AH forums where Venus had a breathable atmosphere on top of a poisonous lower layer which rose and fell with the seasons, creating areas which were only habitable by humans for certain periods of the year.
Then again, if Cytherean is the USA expy then it is probably safe to assume the whole planet has been terraformed.

So, just how primitive is Sunshine's Earth? Are they still using AK's and avoiding genetic enhancement while the rest of the system shoots coilguns and splices up? Or are they simply lacking in the space travel department?

Depends on the region. The Americas are up to speed, Africa is modernizing, the rest of the planet is only slightly more advanced than OTL. The vast majority of the population is natural born, non-GMO human.
