Just to prove that I AM really making Maxime into a MUGEN player.At the moment, he's not so impressive. Completely adequate as a punching bag, but with only four attacks and one parry, he's not exactly the most awesome fighter to say the least. So here are some screenshots of him getting hammered by some of the others and attempting to defend himself as best he can.
I hope to have his one-button commands finished soon, and then I'll go on to the specials and supers. When he's finished, Maxime will be ready to kick some ass.
Oh yeah, and no, that blood doesn't belong to him, that's actually part of Ella's attack. We all know that there's no gore in Fort Glen/Electrospastic. Even so...where did the blood come from anyway if my characters don't bleed??

i tried to make a character by editing in mugen but it seems then the backround doesnt remove from the sprite....

The blood surely comes on the data and sprite files of Ella, and any character getting hammered by his chainsaw will bleed. Is just a "spark" effect defined in the character.

I'd be willing to guess the reason none of your characters bleed is they all get vaporized when fighting.

I got this character, and I must say, the graphics are probably the best out of every other character I have in my roster. Just amazing!!!

Intrigued I went and watch some of the fights with Maxime. Some wonderful animations with that little guy, very impressive. I watched a video with the Dragon Claw character and I must say Ryanide your character does indeed rival his in terms of animation.

You do MUGEN too! Man. I remember trying my hand at this. I wanted so badly to make my own character. But it was just too complicated. Nice work man. I bet he's fun to play as.

Ella does rock, but nowadays I realise that she's a bit broken though. She just deals way too much damage and some of her moves are incredibly cheap.

It's a fighting game engine that allows you to create your own character to fight other characters that people make. It can do everything that's expected from a good 2D fighting game provided you can code and animate it yourself.

By the way, I noticed that you had a Misaki Kawana. How close did her author make her to how she fights in EFZ?

I've actually got no idea where Misaki comes from. If you could link me to her game, it'd help. But then again, I've never played it, so I'm really not sure.
Heh, I find her difficult to use. I can't figure out how to do her super attacks yet. XD She's way harder to use than Michiru.

Eternal Fighter Zero is the name of the game. Michiru's moves seem to make a lot of Minagi Tohno's moveset.
Personally, my favorite characters are Rumi Nanase (if only because she has the heavy attack that does 2200 damage) and Kano Kirishima (with all the Ragnarok Online Wizard moves)

I don't know who that character you're working on is, but i can say that he is most likely gonna a good character in MUGEN. These screenshots show exactly what MUGEN is all about, dream matches that will never take place because the characters are of completely different styles.I would like to see your character when he's finished.
