Ruffles aren't that hard. The key is just taking your time and looking at pictures of ruffles to see how they should look. :3

Thank you for the sweet comment. The base for this is actually an edited version of one of my bases. I don't have a shaded version of it yet but I'll work on that and get it released by sometime next week.
