no base.I named this wait because this poor chickie has been waiting in my wips folder for well over six months. I finished her top half but never got around to finishing her skirts so I decided it was time to let her go lol. I'm never going to finish her skirt. poor girl.

I think this works well without a bottom half. If you wanted to add a bit of the bottom half and have it fade out via dithering that'd work too. But yeah, it works.
