Well, her design and story kidna drifted from being a female Garo to a part of a story I'm planning on turning into a game eventually. Here's the description I gave for her:

"Viper-The name of the merciless venom that shadows the Holy Lands of Angor. The most mysterious of the Bandit clans that exist within Arcturus and its neighboring nations. What makes them such a terrifying group are their unnatural appearance and abilities. Rumor has it they have created a colony far across the sands around the legendary Lost City of Eli, where the ancient scriptures say the first civilizations of mankind were formed. But that once holy city was abandoned centuries ago, out of fear of a great evil that corrupted it-Golgatha. The people say that the Viper Clan have embraced the sinister force within the city, which gave them their dark gifts, and it is those gifts that make them the most dreaded and most efficient killers in the world...

The master of this bandit clan is a nameless, poisonous, arcane beauty. And she has been given a single task of which she will pursue until her death...kill Selene."

Wow I read all of it and I'm really amazed on the effort you put behind her profile.

So she's the leader and a villain? I always thought she was more of a good guy seeing how some killers kill for justification in a certain point of view.
