I've been wanting to create a new design for Celestia for awhile now to fit in with the new direction of the Legion of Eternity story. As I've said before, I wanted the outfits to feel plausible to a not-so-distant futuristic setting.

Basically, she can't go running around wearing her Atlantean attire the whole time. She needs to blend in so as to avoid detection by the Ja'Rakos.

I wanted to go with a sort of mildly futuristic/New age" feeling to her attire, with her being Atlantean and all that.

I forgot to mention that Celestia fights using a pair of rings around her wrists-they're "Psy-Bands", an ancient Atlantean technology that focuses energy from the surrounding area and allows the user to manipulate it. She can conjure fire, electricity, move objects from far away, etc. using them. They take advantage of the natural shape of the hand to manipulate and focus the energy, so moving your fingers a certain way will achieve a different result. The result is something that looks remarkably like magic.
