The stones aren't always on the same spot. They fall off/rub off and grow back every now and then.

I wished I read this sheet it would made my story planning for the audition waaay easier (Oh well, live and learn). I have questions about the stone after they fall off. 1) Do they keep their teleporting properties? and 2) Does the marks on the stones change to the ones of gravestone or does he have specified gravestones?

Yeah, the library is his home. You either run into him or you call him.
Its more that Doorbell brings you from room to room through his stones, if you ask him.
Hes kind of the librarys elevator.
