how do you mix the colors in MSPaint? I get that you can sorta achieve that in SAI by lowering the parent's color opacity and then overlapping them, but how do you do that in MSPaint?

I think the only character from the show that can get away with spots is pipsqueak. Because he is from a different place in the show and two we never got to see his parents so we don't know what they look like other than that spots of random blotches of color really have never worked on a next-gen I hate to say that to because I know thay can sometimes work but mainly only in the mane and not the body/fur.
( I hope that makes sense, sorry for commenting I just never see anybody explain pipsquack and these type of tutorials about next-gens)
