I fail at explaining, just to let you know. It's not exactly a tutorial, there are much better ones out there. This is just my way of doing it. I used Khaliliana as my subject. If you have questions feel free to ask. I use basically the same techniques for painting in my manips, only I don't fill in the color and I don't shade as much.
