This is really stunning.... I enjoy the difference in textures... the fleshy face swallowed by the graphic clean and sharp water plants.... it feels like a transition.... like she being swallowed by the patterns and flow of something less tangible -more dream like- than her dead and fading skin. And the snails are a nice touch.... they are uncomfortable, because if she were alive she would care....Β
it makes me want to brush them off my own face

Excellent artwork Sabina, you captured the motion and the end of emotion , the snails are a good touch and the lily pads also look like pack men ready to devour .
It also reminded me of this classic tale of a drowned girl.

I'm fine, thank you for asking, Sabina. It's also good to hear that you're well, if not feeling a bit claustrophobic. I can always find a book I haven't read yet, or a tutorial I haven't studied. The only problem I have with time is that I've spent most of it in my youth & I can't get back! I never have been able to find a reverse gear in this thing.
