Here is another old Experiment! and I have to give props to for the design idea~ 226 here is designed as a Hypnotic experiment, able to Hypnotize targets with his swinging watch and swirling eyes. he is much like Experiment 149 who can mesmerize people, but 226 is able to fully Hypnotize people. He can only hypnotize one person at a time though, so I mostly use him for cheap parlor tricks.Again I love how this turned out, and thanks once more to Jaxxy for the help ^^' I love the angler fish design
